Getting started
stradefi has two parts: a hosted app in your browser, and the manager, a local app on your own computer that runs the bots. This page says what each does and the order to use them in.

Access opens through the waitlist, dry-run first. Join with your email and you will get one message when it is time.
The two parts
- Hosted app
- Runs in your browser after you sign in with your wallet (a signature, no transaction). It lets you pick a bot's coin and time frames, run backtests and optimizations on our runner against recorded tape, and read the results, your bots and the leaderboard. It never trades and never holds your keys.
- Manager
- The local app that runs bots. It records the market tape to your disk, starts and stops your bots as separate processes, holds the wallet loss budget and is the only place that can switch a bot to live. Its dashboard listens on your own computer only.
The steps
- Join the waitlist. Access opens in dry-run first.
- Sign in to the hosted app with your wallet and look at the recorded data for BTC or ETH.
- Test a setup. Choose a preset or time frames and run a backtest. Read the result on unseen data first, then the reliability tier.
- Create a bot. It starts stopped and in dry-run.
- Install the manager on your own computer and let it record tape. Your bots run there.
- Run it dry for at least 20 rounds and compare it with the backtest. The manager does not offer Go live before that.
- Decide about live. Live uses real USDC on Papertrade, a real exchange despite its name. It is a separate switch you confirm by typing the bot's name, and it is optional.
